At the moment we are only accepting paypal as a method of payment.
What is PayPal?

Can I use a credit card with PayPal?
Yes, you can, most PayPal country sites use Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express with PayPal. Plus, when you pay with PayPal, you do not expose your credit card number to the merchant.
Why is my payment status in Pending?
Sometimes if funds are not directly available from you PayPal account, fund may be drawn from your nominated account. Which can take a few days. So payments made by an eCheck must be cleared before your item is sent.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, if you have not yet been through the PayPal checkout. No ,if the order has been through the PayPal checkout and has been paid for. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel your order.
I have placed an order, but there is no item in the order list, what should I do?
If you correctly go through the checkout process the order should be visible. If you still can’t find it please contact us with the details and we'll sought it out for you.
I have paid, why the order status reading unpaid?
Sometimes the PayPal server has a 2-3 hour delay depending on traffic. If the status is still unpaid after this time please provide us with your PayPal email and order id, we'll check and fix the problem ASAP.

My tracking number is not working, what should I do?
Usually packages that have left Absolute Merchant Company take 1-3 business days to process by Post, so please be patient and try again after a few days.
How long will it take for out of stock items?
We will send the products separately if some goods are out of stock, this information will be seen in the order list. Generally, out of stock products need about 3 business days to restock, if more time is needed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
I want to add items to my order, what should I do?
You can add items to your shopping cart only if you have not been through the PayPal checkout. If you have clicked the "check out by PayPal" and have not made payment, you can delete it in the order list, and place a new order. If you have made payment, unfortunately, you can't add items, and will have to make a separate order.
I haven’t received an order confirmation from Absolute Merchant Company?
Firstly check that the email address you registered is correct. As long as the order is in "My Account" it HAS been placed.
Does Absolute Merchant Company deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
Yes, but we deliver to APO/FPO addresses by airmail only, the EMS/DHL express will not apply, please provide a detailed address if express orders are offered.
Why was my order sent in multiple packages when it all could have fit in one box?
Absolute Merchant Company may decide to package your items separately due to weight, size concerns or some products being out of stock.
If Offered does my express shipping option (Australia Post EMS, DHL etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out quicker?
Unfortunately it will not. All orders are processed and shipped within our 1-3 business days processing time-frame, regardless of the shipping option selected.
What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
First, please check your order list to see if your order was partially shipped, if so, please for another to arrive. If all packages have been delivered but you're still missing an item, check the packing carefully for any small items. If you are unable to locate the item in question, please email us ASAP and we will advise you what to do.
Do I need to pay for Tax and Customs Duties?
Customers are responsible for paying if import taxes and duties are needed.
For your own precaution we strongly recommend that you check your import policies before you purchase. Please note that some products may require special licenses or permits to import such items as high powered lasers, knives, lighters ect. It is customer’s duty to handle any problems the products may have if they become confiscated by Customs in customers' countries.

Airmail (or air mail) is mail that is transported by aircraft. It typically arrives more quickly than surface mail, and usually costs more to send. Airmail may be the only option for sending mail to some destinations, such as overseas etc.
Registered Airmail is mail which you get a tracking number to track the movements of your package.

All return fees are payable by the buyer and will depend your local postal charges.
Does Absolute Merchant Company pay the return shipping cost for defective products?
No, Absolute Merchant Company does not pay the return shipping cost for defective products. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to Absolute Merchant Company, we will replace the item and ship the replacement to you without charge. Absolute Merchant Company will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle.
How can I receive the refund?
Due to all of the payment through PayPal, we'll refund your payment to your PayPal, refund will be process in 1-3 business days when the case is clearly due for a refund, and you will received a PayPal confirm email when it has been processed.
